Welcome to By the Beach B&B - South Coast Tourism Award Winner

Your hosts Jan and Greg Woods welcome you to By The Beach B & B Apartments. We are committed to ensure that you enjoy the perfect setting in our new architect designed complex a few steps from beautiful and peaceful Palm Beach at Sanctuary Point.

The complex comprises our home with rooms available for traditional Bed and Breakfast plus three energy efficient, purpose built self contained apartments with private entrances. The apartments are interconnected to allow multiple renting for family and friends.

Building construction utilises Western Australian limestone blocks and mini orb. Floors are polished concrete with large windows to enhance the water views and northern sun.

The design is environmentally friendly with full insulation, underground water storage, grey water recycling, heat pump and recirculating hot water pump.

The natural surroundings are a real hit with visitors. With kangaroos literally on the front lawn, abundant bird life, resident black swans and pelicans on the waterfront plus nightly visits from brushtail possums ensure stories to take home.

Just an hour south of Kiama, 180 km from Sydney and 2½ hours from Canberra, we can negotiate to pick you up from Nowra (Bomaderry) Railway station.
